    MBIRA’s Student Series
MBIRA’s Student Series is designed for use by those learning to play traditional Shona mbira music, and consists of recordings of basic parts, with the intention that mbira students will practice together with the CDs. (Note that the CDs are played in the pitches that MBIRA workshops are taught in — if your instrument is a different pitch, you would need variable speed playback capability in order to play along.)
